Four Republicans in Arizona support Rep. George Santos, who is dishonest and deceitful.
Opinion: By casting their votes, they are expressing the belief that a congressman ought to have the authority to do anything for which a member of the public would be dismissed.
It should come as no surprise, I suppose, that every Republican in the delegation from Arizona, with the exception of Representatives David Schweikert and Juan Ciscomani, voted to keep the dishonest, conniving, and criminally charged Republican Representative George Santos in Congress.
It really ought to surprise you.
But it doesn't because this is Arizona.
Representatives Andy Biggs, Eli Crane, Paul Gosar, and Debbie Lesko, among others, will likely replicate the claims made by the Republican leadership in the House in their argument.
That is to say, a court has not yet found Santos guilty.
Santos indulged in extravagant expenditures
The House Ethics Committee harshly detailed the "substantial evidence" that Santos broke federal law in a report that was just issued a few weeks ago.
Details of taking money from donors and going on extravagant spending sprees that included paying thousands of dollars for Botox and spa treatments were disclosed.
Hunter Biden appears to be a cowardly person.
